Branch Retinal Vein Occlusion (BRVO)

Definition / Overview

Occlusion of a branch of the central retinal vein, typically at an arteriovenous crossing point. One of the most common retinal vascular disorders. Mentioned in the RAM article as a secondary cause of macroaneurysm formation.

Clinical Relevance
